General information
- Workshop tickets (22–24 October) include course fees and catering, such as coffee breaks, lunches, and the workshop dinner in the evening on 23 October.
- Day tickets (22, 23, or 24 October) include course fee, coffee breaks and lunch for one day as well as the workshop dinner in the evening on 23 October.
- The 4th workshop day (25 October) is providing hands-on and demo opportunities on leaf, soil, and ecosystem measurement equipment and analysis software.
- The 4th day is free of charge.
- Places are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration fees
Early bird registration (online)
When registering for the early bird registration rate, there are two payment options: (a) by credit card, (b) by PayPal, or (c) by bank transfer.
Standard registration (online)
From 5 October 2018 on you can pay by credit card only.
On-site registration
On-site payment is possible by cash and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).

Conditions and cancellation policy
- Early bird registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration rates will be applied.
- Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by alinayang@healife.com before 31 August 2018. The cancellation fee is 55 USD (350 CNY).
- Cancellations after 31 August 2018 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Any claims regarding online registrations must be received by alinayang@healife.com no later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Later requests cannot be considered.
