The workshop provides attendees with the opportunity to present their research in a poster session. If you intend to present a poster, please follow below instructions. A poster abstract submission is not mandatory to register for the workshop.
The poster abstract must be limited to one page including title, affiliations, body and references. Figures are not allowed in the abstract.
Use the MS Word template to compile your abstract. Please refrain from making changes to the style and formatting in order to comply to the one page limit. Abstracts longer than one-page will be edited to fit into one page.
Please send your poster abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 2 October 2017. The poster abstract acceptance notification will be issued within two weeks after submission, but no later than 9 October 2017.
